In this exercise, we will be looking at our "insides". This mysterious region supports our very existence and, in doing so, can be accompanied by upset stomachs, belches, gas and growling. Jokes and descriptive analogies of these side effects are common. The abdominal organs reduce what we eat and drink into substances that our body can absorb and metabolize.
