superior oblique,
medial rectus,
inferior rectus,
inferior oblique and

Important Relationship
- The inferior oblique muscle passes inferior to the inferior rectus muscle.
- Identify the optic, frontal, nasociliary, abducens, and oculomotor (superior and inferior rami) nerves, and ophthalmic artery. (G 7.43B;N 88;Gl 41.12B)
