- Reflect the trapezius muscle and identify the
splenius capitis and
splenius cervicis muscles. (G 4.33;N 168;Gl 3.5B)
Important Relationship
- The splenius capitis muscle is positioned superficial to the semispinalis capitis muscle.
- The splenius cervicis muscle is positioned superficial to the longissimus capitis muscle.
- Reflect the splenius capitis and cervicis muscles and identify the longissimus capitis and semispinalis capitis muscles. (G 4.19;N 169;Gl 3.5C)
