Since we are currently working with the whole cadaver, let's identify the external genitalia of the female. Identify the outer genital lips, the labia majora, and the inner smaller labia minora. Near the anterior boundary of the labia minora, where these two lips unite one with another, find the clitoris. The vestibule of the vagina is the space between the two labia minora and contains from anterior to posterior, the external opening of the urethra, and the vaginal orifice.
